Goods in
Send products direct to us from yourself or your manufacturer to our warehouse, or we can collect on your behalf. We inspect all incoming items, and upload all the details onto our customer portal.
Warehousing
Once checks are complete, we place your goods into clean, safe storage. All stock is updated on the stock management system and location is visible on the portal.
Picking
Once you place an order and select a delivery time slot, our team will pick the goods ready for transportation. Any additional services can be added at booking (i.e room of choice, assembly, packaging removal etc). You will receive real time updates on the portal for any changes in the order status.
Shipping
We ship your orders UK wide via our own fleet of vehicles to ensure a premium service. Our uniformed deliver drivers will deliver to your customer with the highest level of white glove delivery service. Electronic proof of delivery will be uploaded as soon as goods are delivered.
