Two-hour time window
If your order is going through the RDC, your customer is offered two-hour time slot options prior to delivery. If your order is planned by you through our Final Mile service, once we schedule the collection your customer gets an approximate two-hour time slot for when to expect their delivery.
Assembly
We can offer assembly at the point of delivery or at a later date to suit the customer. We use floor coverings and protect surfaces while carrying out the assembly.
Multiple Person Crews
We offer multi-person crews so we can handle all your items safely, including two-person delivery teams and multiple-person teams for large-scale assembly.
Room of Choice
We offer room of choice with one or two people. We carry out a safety and access check from vehicle to delivery point, and our teams all carry floor coverings and overshoes.

We can unpack and remove all packaging at delivery.

You and your customers see tracking throughout the process, right down to where each item is. On the day of delivery the customer can see where the driver is and how many stops away.
Fleet Support
We offer reserve fleet support, keeping you flexible through busy periods such as Christmas. We can also source specific vehicles for your business and manage the vehicle, fuel and servicing; you just route plan the work.
