By centralising the collection and delivery process, we ensure your goods are efficiently managed from the moment they leave the production line to their final destination, either in the North or Luton region.
Our tracking system

Your customer purchases product direct from you. You log the order into our booking system. You have the option to use your own label or print ours.

Once you log the order, your customer receives an email notification with tracking details. You and the customer can track each item throughout the journey, and the customer can contact us via the send message button.

Our driver makes the collection and scans all items onto the vehicle. You and your customer can track the vehicle once an item is scanned to it.

Items come to the RDC and are scanned into the RDC warehouse to await planning.

We schedule each order for delivery and contact the customer with a two-hour time slot, which they can accept or reschedule.

Items are rescanned onto the departing vehicle ready for despatch.

Once vehicles are loaded and the run departs, customers are sent an update with an ETA in a two-hour window, vehicle tracking and a countdown stop number.

Through your shipping panel you can track and manage all your orders with real-time updates: live tracking, signed POD, photos of goods throughout the order and a Google-tracked pin of the POD.
